We focus on innovative, scalable solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients, ensuring their continued success in the digital landscape.Role DescriptionAn AEM Developer is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using Adobe Experience Manager. This role involves working closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to create dynamic, user-friendly websites and applications. The AEM Developer ensures that the digital experiences delivered are high-performing, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough requirements gathering, helping guide clients to balance value and effort. Share insights and cross-functional knowledge with your team to enhance project outcomes.Design and implement Adobe solutions using the latest AEM technologies and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. Explore and evaluate new technologies and components for project suitability.Work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders to enhance internal workflows and processes.Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of component development into the broader application architecture.Identify and resolve bugs in code and the AEM as a Cloud Service and AEM On-premise environments.Qualifications and Skills:Minimum of 5+ years in development in AEM Assets and AEM Sites with AEM 6.x and above, including AEM as a Cloud Service. This includes the development of components and editable page templates.Proficiency in Java, OSGi configurations, Apache Sling, Services, Workflows, REST, HTL, Jackrabbit, Felix, and related technologies used in AEM development.Experience with Unit and / or Integration Testing (JUnit)Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, principles, practices, and methodologies.Familiarity with Dispatcher configurations.Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and their integration with AEM.Problem solving, trouble-shooting and analytical skills.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Nice to have:Familiarity with any of the following: Adobe Target, Customer Journey Analytics, Optimizer, Experience Platform, Dynamic Media, and Content Hub.
