From there, youll transition into a Project Manager role, where youll run projects from cradle to graveestimating, planning, and executing every stage. This isnt a segmented role; youll be hands-on in shaping the success of each project.What Were Looking For:Experience: Proven track record estimating projects up to $5 million, with Alberta (specifically Edmonton) experience preferred.Skills: A strong moral compassbalancing cost-saving measures without compromising integrity. Youll know where to save a dollar while maintaining excellent relationships with trades.Attitude: Positive, humble, confident, and eager to learn.
