Responsibilities - Qualifications Minimum Requirements:3 to 5 years of experience in an Automotive Customer Service Supervisor role.Background in a high-volume, repetitive assembly or manufacturing environment, preferably within Tier 1 automotive.Proven track record in leading continuous improvement projects, applying lean methodologies, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.Proficiency in ERP/MRPII business systems.Expertise in inventory management to maintain balance between investment and service levels.Experience in customer warehouse management to ensure accurate inventory and prevent shortages.Strong troubleshooting skills for addressing inventory integrity issues.Familiarity with processing customer returns and resolving related challenges.Track record in driving initiatives focused on on-time delivery and outage reduction.Competence in reconciling consignment warehouse inventory and resolving issues related to scrap allowance.Ability to manage KPIs effectively, identifying issues and implementing necessary corrective actions to meet customer requirements.Commitment to aligning activities with the overarching Supply Chain strategy and objectives.
