Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and submit quotations to customers Identify and develop new business opportunities in the territory Maintain business relationships with existing customers and maximize sales Assess needs and propose solutions offered by the company Update customer information into the CRM software Work independently and developa network of contacts to help drive new business Establish business relationships with customers and suppliers Competencies - You have a proven track recordof competency in the following: Taking responsibility for your own successes and failures Setting and exceeding sales goals Effective at new business development Competent in overcoming objections Qualifying opportunities Results - You have proven that you can: Proactively prospected to generate business from existing and new customers Consistently exceed sales goals Build a territory from scratch Manage a sales forecast and pipeline Get to the decision makers Intangibles - You are committed to being: Exceptional at documenting information and exceptional in following through Consistent in your contact with prospects An excellent communicator and working collaboratively in a team environment Responsible for your own success Exceptional at your use of time and planning your day Skills: You are skilled at: Prospecting for new business Analyzing data to formulate solutions for complex sales Uncovering clients and prospects issues and challenges MS Office Applications, specifically Excel, and Word, and internal systems Networking Oral and written communication Performance: You have in the past: Grown territory and existing accounts through referrals Flourished in a small company environment that is continually changing and growing Created and implemented an individual salesplan Front of the Line: If you have the experience: A strong sales background and experience in originating, qualifying, and closing technology products Understanding of VoIP telephone systems 3 plus years of sales experience Education: Minimum High School education. Compensation: Competitive base salary plus bonus and uncapped commissions with the ability to earn well in to six figures is why we want to speak. The opportunity is yours for the taking!
