Thanks to our cutting-edge software, the use of AI, and highly efficient algorithms, we can detect and report leaks or objects that pose a threat to pipelines to our clients. To continue our growth, Flyscan is looking for a Technical Support Specialist . Join a dynamic team in a key role for our daily operations! Website: Tasks and Responsibilities: Analyze software issues encountered by our users to identify root causes. Propose solutions for user errors and correct system configuration issues. Ensure all problems are well-documented and reproducible. Serve as a bridge between production systems and development teams. Identify potential product improvements based on issues encountered in production. Create a knowledge base to support our products. Collaborate with the development team to fully understand new product features. Support the deployment of new systems into production. Act as a technical expert for system operators (airplane pilots). What We Are Looking For: Proactive with strong initiative. Enjoys action and is our first responder for production system failures. Capable of working independently and in a team. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Technical Requirements: University or college degree in computer science, software development, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in technical support or software development. Knowledge and experience with Kubernetes, Docker, System D, Windows VM, and Linux. Knowledge of software development is a strong asset. What We Offer: Remote position. Flexible schedules.
