SUMMARY OF BUSINESS:Amphenol (is one of the largest manufacturers of interconnect products in the world. We design, manufacture and market electrical, electronic and fiber optic connectors, coaxial and flat-ribbon cable, and interconnect systems. The primary end markets for our products are communications and information processing markets, including cable television, cellular telephone and data communication and information processing systems; aerospace and military electronics; and automotive, rail and other transportation and industrial applications.Job Overview:Reporting to the Global ERP Project Manager. The ERP Business Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance for our ERP QAD system.We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QAD ERP Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of ERP systems and a strong background in analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring that technology solutions align with organizational goals. As an ERP Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in the successful implementation, optimization, and support of ERP systems across various business functions.Key Responsibilities:Business Process Analysis:Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, IT) to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP system specifications.Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to document business requirements and process workflows.Document business processesQAD ERP System Implementation & Optimization:Support the implementation, configuration, and customization of QAD ERP software.Work closely with internal teams and vendors to configure QAD to meet business needs.Continuously assess and optimize QAD ERP configurations to enhance system performance and functionality.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to QAD ERP operations.User Training & Support:Provide training to end-users on QAD ERP functionality, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge to use the system effectively.Offer ongoing user support, address system issues, and provide solutions to technical challenges.Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, process maps, and FAQs.Reporting & Analytics:Develop and maintain reports and dashboards within the QAD ERP system to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Assist in the creation of custom reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics aligned with business objectives.Project Management:Lead or participate in projects related to QAD ERP upgrades, new module implementations, or process improvements.Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Coordinate with stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.Continuous Improvement:Stay current with QAD ERP updates, new features, and best practices.Recommend enhancements and process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.Assist in the development and execution of the organization's ERP strategy.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ERP systems, with a strong understanding of the modules and functionality (Manufacturing, Sales, Financials, etc.).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong project management and organizational skills.Experience with QAD Cloud (if applicable) is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with ERP systems or other enterprise-grade software systems.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.Process mapping skillsExperience with ERP modules such as Manufacturing, Sales &Distribution, or Financials.Knowledge of integration technologies (e.g., API, middleware, EDI).Familiarity with cloud-based ERP systems and modern ERP architectures.Personal Attributes:Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on user satisfaction.Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.WHY WORK FOR US?Competitive Compensation package- We offer a competitive compensation package, including competitive salaries, progressive employee incentive plans, retirement plans, comprehensive benefits.Opportunity for Global Impact- Make a tangible contribution within the organization, by shaping the companys technological future.
