The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and management, preferably in the tourism industry, and a genuine love for skiing or snowboarding. This role involves increasing sales, expanding market channels, and developing new business opportunities both domestically and internationally.Key Responsibilities:Increase sales and expand market channels for SkiBig3's offerings, including lift tickets, season passes, rentals, and snow school programs.Develop new markets and business opportunities.Manage the sales team and handle contract negotiations.Collaborate with different departments and tourism partners.Conduct sales missions, report on consumer awareness, and attend industry shows.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of sales and management experience, preferably in tourism.Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.Experience with client base management and new client acquisition.Local knowledge of Ski Resorts and Banff & Lake Louise is an asset.Legally entitled to work in Canada.Personality Traits:Passion for skiing/snowboarding.Excellent communication skills.Innovative and outgoing self-starter.Strong negotiation skills.Time management ability.Why Join SkiBig3?At SkiBig3, we believe winter is best spent in the wild.
