We are seeking an experienced Billing Clerk / Inventory Control with a background in construction. If you take pride in your work and ownership of your responsibilities, have a dedication to accuracy and desire to learn and grow this is the opportunity for you.RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinating billing and managing ongoing jobs to ensure time and materials are accurately captured and invoiced to clientsWork with Area Manager to track job performance with budgets; ensuring projects do not go over quoted amounts (time and material)Work with customers and yard staff to coordinate delivery and pick up of product from work sitesMonitor returning product to ensure everything is returned per paperworkEnsure product is returned in stored in the proper location Maintain accurate inventory counts to ensure client orders can be fulfilledBuild relationships with customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achievedSend out invoices to clients, and ensure payments received on timeSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of 2 years of billing or inventory control experience. Preference given to candidates with construction industry experience in invoicing/billingStrong attention to detailStrong work ethic, willing to support all areas of the company if needed.
