Were looking for someone with the following:3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume organization where meeting KPIs was essentialDemonstrated success in fostering lasting relationships with senior-level professional services candidatesConfidence in leveraging a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and engage both active and passive talentExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and re-prioritize as necessary to respond to evolving client needsA strong sense of urgency and perseverance in moving the recruitment process forward (formatting resumes, submitting candidate profiles, completing reference checks, negotiating offers, etc.)A Day in the LifeAs a member of our Private Sector team, each day will look a little different as you support recruitment within Finance and Accounting, Legal, and other professional service industries. Your key responsibilities will include:Joining team check-in calls to provide updates on activities and receiving/providing strategy guidance in a collaborative environmentLeveraging sourcing techniques through our tools to identify top talentReaching out to potential candidates that align with our client needs and valuesEffectively communicating the requirements of every assigned role as well as what each client organization can offer to candidatesUpdating our applicant tracking system with your activities so that we can track progress for each open orderPerforming interviews and screening for hard-to-find skills while providing a positive candidate experienceWhy TAG HR?Commission: Start receiving commission on your placements from day one, with no annual cap on how much you can earn on top of your base salary.Paid Personal Days: We provide our team members with 7 paid personal days per year for when life events arise.
