We foster a growth-oriented environment with pathways for professional advancement and hands-on experience across all media types and the full campaign lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Media Planning and InnovationCollaborate to design breakthrough connection strategies and innovative media ideas across all channels, including TV, radio, digital, social, search, print, and emerging platforms.Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying and recommending new media opportunities and technologies to enhance client campaigns.Campaign Research and AnalysisLeverage advanced research tools to analyze audience behavior, marketplace trends, and competitive activities to inform channel strategies.Prepare data-driven media plans with clear documentation, rationale, and strategic alignment to client goals.Media Execution and StewardshipEvaluate and negotiate media proposals, providing clear written POVs to clients and internal teams.Develop media plans with precision, including issuing RFPs, negotiating terms, and managing insertion orders.Partner with analytics teams to set up robust measurement frameworks to track campaign success.Campaign Stewardship and OptimizationAddress billing discrepancies promptly and maintain accurate records of client expenditures.Provide regular updates and detailed performance reports to clients and stakeholders.What Were Looking For:Were seeking candidates with a passion for media, strong analytical thinking, and an eagerness to grow in a fast-paced environment. Here are our ideal qualifications:Experience and ExpertiseRequired: 1-3 years in media, marketing, advertising, or a related field.Preferred: 1 year of hands-on planning and buying experience.
