(June 2024 - June 2025) FUNCTION: Commercial NA LOCATION: Remote (Western Canada - British Columbia & Alberta preferred) TYPE: Permanent GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA: Create demand at end user level and manage sales to the channel distribution network in a geographical region. Partner with the sales force of the distribution partners and/or Envus sales team to drive the consumption of our products in the region. Key account management of Distributors and Key End User Groups. YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: Build & Maintain relationship with the distribution network in the region. Provide and implement distribution account management tools, forecasting systems, inventory reporting and trade marketing plans to key distribution partners. Provide monthly distribution forecasts. Build and maintain relationships with the end users in the region. Drive the external sales force (e.g. agents/distributor reps) to create value for Envu range of product, create and monitor KPI to focus efforts on Envus priorities. Manage time and focus across multiple market segments (Golf Course, Lawn Care, Municipalities, sod farm) potentially with different associated channel partners. Create and present the product line review to the customers and end users in the region. Provide the high level of technical product training and support to the key customers and end users technical directors and managers with the support of appropriate Envu Technical Development Manager. Create demand at the end user level. Analyze end user regional sales monthly and propose market share development plans to management on a quarterly basis. Report market evolution and competitor activities monthly Manage customer complaints and inquiries within area with support from regional stewardship managers. ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE? Main requirements: Bachelors degree in science or related discipline preferred, or 6+ year experience in the Turf Management industry. Professional Golf/Turf Industry Association Member. Excellent presentation and selling skills, including use of support software High capacity to define priorities and to allocate his/her time resources Excellent technical knowledge Strong knowledge of the category management principles Ability to manage execution of all channel programs and marketing concepts Precise and concise reporting Environmental Science U.S. LLC is an Equal Opportunity employer.
