Join us in our journey to create a world where everyone has the opportunity to succeed and thrive.THE JOBWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our Business Platforms team. The incumbent will work closely with developers and architects to maintain and enhance our Dynamics 365 business applications through process automation and cross-platform integrations. This mid-level role requires strong skills in process design, value stream mapping, and written/verbal communication. Experience with D365 CRM applications and proficiency in managing product backlogs using Azure DevOps or similar tools supporting Scrum/Agile development teams is essential.WHAT YOULL DOCollaborate with a team of Power Platform developers and architects to design and implement technical solutions that drive the business forward.Communicate with stakeholders to gather clear requirements and work with Business Analyst to provide recommendations, updates and training to key stakeholders in our cross-functional user groups and leadership teams.Participate in Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Monitor and report on the progress of development activities.Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, documenting current state to identify gaps, and building business cases around new opportunities.Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog in Azure DevOps.Define key milestone delivery dates and prepare a feature roadmap for transparency across the organization. Elicit feedback and crowdsource priorities by sharing new and upcoming feature considerations as required.Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication across both groups.Communicate updates to processes and share new feature development with cross-functional user groups.Collect and document business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories with support from BA and architects.Plan and manage sprints to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.Ensure that delivered solutions meet business needs and acceptance criteria.Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders.WHAT YOU BRINGBachelors degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.3-5 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or in a similar role.Experience with system integration and architecture is considered an asset.Proficiency leveraging Azure DevOps or similar tools for backlog management is ideal.Strong process design and value stream mapping skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Solid understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Skill Sets:Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM applications (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Project Operations) and Power Platform tools is a must.Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification is a plus.Microsoft Functional Consultant Certifications for Power Platform, D365 Sales, Marketing and/or Customer Service considered an asset.We are an inclusive and collaborative team who encourage everyone here to learn, grow and THRIVE.
