Glow Lifetech is seeking an experienced and motivatedProduction Leadto oversee and manage daily production & packaging activities, collaborate with quality assurance (QA) teams, and ensure efficient inventory management. The ideal candidate will take a hands-on approach to production while supervising junior staff, managing inventory and shipments, and maintaining compliance with quality and regulatory standards.This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about cannabis, nutraceuticals, or food technology to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment.Key Responsibilities:Production Management:Lead and manage daily production activities using Glow Lifetechs proprietary technologies. Oversee and supervise junior production team members to meet production schedules and operational goals efficiently.Manufacturing Support:Perform hands-on manufacturing tasks, including operating equipment and ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the production facility, while following all Glow SOPs.Quality Assurance:Interface with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with all quality standards and regulatory requirements are met, including SOPs.Documentation:Maintain accurate records of production activities, including work orders, inventory levels, and production reports.Inventory and Supply Chain Management:Manage inventory levels, track materials, and coordinate ordering and shipments to maintain production flow.Qualifications:Diploma inFood Technology,Pharmaceutical Technology, orCannabis Technology(preferred).2+ years leadership/management experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably cannabis, food production or pharmaceuticals.Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.Physical ability to lift up to 15 kg and work on-site in a production environment.Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes.Ability to pass an RCMP background check for working in a Health Canada-regulated facility.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Career growth in a rapidly expanding company.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental careExtended health careOn-site parkingPaid time offStock optionsVision careSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: In personExpected start date: 2025-02-10
