Join us and put yourself in good company!We are looking for a full-time Coordinator, Records & Information Management. As a key member of the Knowledge and Risk Management team, you will be reporting to the Associate General Counsel. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Closing Books process, maintaining our marketing database InterAction, and supporting the Firm with other records and information management processes and projects.Scope of Responsibilities:Create Closing Books/Record Books in different formats and on different platforms and maintain our Closing Book/Record Book inventoryTrain team members and other members of the firm on the creation of Closing Books/Records Books, procedures for offsite storage and record retrieval, and the firms overall information management and digitization processes and proceduresAssist with maintaining our records databases to ensure they are accurate and up-to-dateMaintain and organize the Firms marketing database Interaction, and cleanse our marketing data using the Cirrom platformAssist with electronic information management projects, including document retention and destruction and updating the conflicts and records management intranet pagesDevelop expertise on the following internal and cloud-based platforms: 3E, WorkFlow, Closing Folders, NetDocuments, InterAction, Cirrom and EmergentRespond to information and records related queries or requests from firm membersSupport team members with key tasks, including but not limited to carrying out conflict searches and opening files, responding to offsite storage requests, and handling trading requestsRequirements:A college diploma or equivalency1-3 years of relevant experience within a professional services environmentWorking knowledge in MS Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and AdobeProficiency in role-specific software, including document management systems (such as NetDocuments) and databases (such as 3E)Discretion, confidentiality and attention to detail are essentialA team player who takes initiative and works well independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrates excellent client service and ability to anticipate client needsWe Offer:A comprehensive benefits package, including: health and dental benefits; vision care; employee assistance program; life insurance; short and long-term disability; extended mental health benefits; a fitness allowance; and RSP matching programCompetitive compensation and vacation packageContinuing professional development opportunitiesVarious social events and wellness activities throughout the yearBusiness casual dress codeA short walk from Union subway station and accessible from the pathGoodmans LLP is committed to cultivating a diverse and inclusive workplace that reflects different abilities, backgrounds, beliefs, experiences, identities and perspectives.
