Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Management Lead medium to large-scale projects consisting of multiple Agile teams or requiring integration with external activities. Plan, organize, and manage projects to meet time, cost, and quality expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align requirements with project objectives. Apply and monitor risk management practices throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure effective management of change, acceptance, and approval processes at all project phases. Track vendor deliverables and ensure alignment with project objectives. Prepare and deliver progress reports on project accomplishments against milestones. Escalate project issues and risks requiring management or executive attention. Agile Team Leadership and Scrum Master Duties Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies such as daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Guide teams on Agile practices and provide coaching to optimize team efficiency. Promote continuous improvement by driving initiatives and implementing best practices. Serve as the single point of contact between internal teams, external consultants/contractors, and stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization. Hybrid Project Management Use a hybrid approach when necessary, balancing Agile practices with traditional project management techniques to achieve project goals within constraints. Use sound judgment to customise project management approaches based on project requirements. Other Key Duties Foster a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive team environment. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Oversee all project management elements, including scope, integration, cost, time, risk, quality, and communication management. Required Experience and Skills Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). PMP certification and experience with Scrum/Kanban, SAFe, or other Agile methodologies. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and/or PMI-ACP certification is an asset. Experience Proven experience leading Agile teams as a Scrum Master. Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management principles. Experience managing medium to large-scale, cross-functional projects. Skills Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication, mentoring, collaboration, and team building. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Jira, and other project management tools. Ability to develop and monitor risk management practices and ensure proactive issue resolution.
