The Opportunity:The Office Administrator is the first point of interaction for employees, visitors, and clients via phone, email and in person at the Atholville Facility, and key contact for all employees internally. This role answers and directs internal and external general inquiries, facilitates visitors to the building, coordinates office supply orders and inventory, and performs administrative tasks to support multiple departments and team members as requested.Scope of Role: Maintain a high level of customer service and confidentiality for both internal and external customers; addressing general inquiries, greeting and assisting all visitors/clients via phone, email or in person, and collaborating with security to ensure standard operating procedures are adhered toPromptly address incoming telephone calls, voicemails and general email/in person inquiries, taking messages and/or directing to the appropriate individuals.Handle incoming and outgoing mail: sort and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail for pick-up or courier (including sample and sales material shipments) and perform the waybill management and delivery tracking.Support a portion of new employee onboarding, in collaboration with key internal stakeholders.Providing a variety of administrative support to multiple departments, as needed.
