Our Head Office is in West Vancouver, BC on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Swxw7mesh (Squamish) Nation and its people. The BA will work collaboratively with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure a smooth transition, effective training, and user adoption of these systems.Duties, Responsibilities, Authority, and AccountabilitiesBusiness Analysis and Requirements GatheringEngage with stakeholders across departments to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for IT projects.Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis to provide a comprehensive view of the role.Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for NetSuite, UKG, Monday.com, Yardi Voyager, etc.Perform gap analysis between current and desired processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.Solution Design and ImplementationCollaborate with technical teams to design scalable and efficient and secure solutions that integrate NetSuite, UKG, Monday.com, Yardi Voyager, etc.Lead configuration and testing activities, ensuring systems meet business requirements.Create workflows, dashboards, and reports to enhance system usability and support decision-making.Stakeholder Management and CommunicationAct as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather input and validate solutions.Provide regular status updates and detailed reports as neededManage stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts, and provide regular status updates and detailed reports as needed.Testing and Quality AssuranceDevelop and execute test plans, including system, integration, and user acceptance testing.Identify and resolve defects, ensuring system functionality aligns with requirements.Document test results and obtain stakeholder sign-offs.Change Management and TrainingSupport change management initiatives by creating user guides, and training materials, and conducting training sessions.Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot system issues as needed.Implement continuous improvement and feedback loops to keep training materials up-to-date.Project LeadershipContribute to project planning, timelines, and deliverables for NetSuite, UKG projects, Data Integration, Microsoft Fabric Architecture/OneLake, PowerBI/Power Automate, and future projects.Ensure compliance with project scope, budget, and schedule.OtherPerform other duties as required.Adheres to and promotes Nchas values (Leadership, Trust, Respect, Wisdom, Competence, and Passion).Contribute to a positive workplace culture as a team member.Reporting Responsibilities and Authorities from SupervisorProject ManagerKnowledge, Skills, and ExperienceBachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.Strong understanding of ERP systems, HRIS platforms, and their integration points.High Proficiency in business process mapping and documentation tools (i.e. Visio, Lucid chart) and Microsoft tools (Excel, Planner, Power Point)Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Highly self-motivated and self-directed.Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.Previous experience working with First Nations is an asset; a strong desire to learn about and uphold Swxw7mesh values and teachings in a respectful manner is essential for this role.Preferred QualificationsExperience with NetSuite, UKG, Yardi an assetCertified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), NetSuite ERP Consultant, or UKG-specific certification an asset Knowledge of Project management and Process improvement methodologiesExperience with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.Proficiency in designing and implementing interactive dashboards to support business decision-making.Familiarity with OneLake for data storage and management, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.Special RequirementsOccasional requirement to work in the evenings and on weekends.
