We have 2 big goals in 2025:Build a world-class website that is optimized for conversions, on both desktop and mobile.Ensure our Amazon channels are primed to capture the massive growth in the beauty/hair care category.As the eCommerce Manager (reporting to the Director of eCommerce), you will play a key role in helping us achieve these 2 objectives.About YouYou have a burning curiosity and passion for all-things-eCommerce, with a proven track record of driving DTC growth.You are data-driven and analytical, able to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in website and sales data.You are a problem-solver and a strategic thinker, able to develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies.You are detail-obsessed and highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.You are a team player, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.You are a strong communicator, able to present complex data and recommendations clearly and concisely.You are flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.You have a consumer-centric mindset, always seeking ways to improve the consumer journey and shopping experience online.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement eCommerce strategies to drive growth for our digital shopping channels.Manage and optimize online product listings and sales channels, including websites, marketplaces (International Amazon Marketplaces, Shopify Plus, etc), and social media shopping channels.Analyze website and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.In collaboration with the Growth & Creative teams, build custom landing pages and run A/B experiments to increase onsite conversion rates, help increase basket size, reduce bounce rates, etc.Oversee the development team to ensure the timely delivery of key website upgrade projects and objectives.Manage and optimize Amazon seller central account.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience on the website.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in eCommerceWork closely with the operations team to manage and track inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of products to customersAct as a key touch point for cross-functional teams to manage website project priorities and establish execution timelinesWorking with the Brand Marketing team, execute online campaigns and promotions to meet objectives and drive growthProvide regular performance reports and recommend improvements for eCommerce channelsQualifications5+ years of experience in eCommerce, preferably 2+ in a managerial roleStrong background in managing and optimizing Shopify store performance, with expertise in leveraging Shopifys marketing tools.Solid Shopify Plus experience, including with custom theme adjustments, app integrations, and working knowledge of Liquid, JavaScript, & HTML to support tailored eCommerce solutions.In-depth knowledge of eCommerce UX/UI best practices, conversion rate optimization, and product catalogue managementAdvanced troubleshooting & problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Shopify Plus store functionality, integrations, and performance.Experience effectively managing a team of software developers and/or agencies.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent work experienceExperience managing and optimizing product listings and sales channels, including marketplaces and social mediaStrong analytical skills and experience using data analysis tools, such as Google AnalyticsExperience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)Experience with Amazon sales and PPC campaigns or other paid marketing strategies, a plusProven experience with project management and ability to adhere to strict deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsExceptional attention to detail and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
