Good years of experience in OSS technologies and operations support systems. Good years of experience with the Struts, SOAP Webservice, Java platform. Good years of experience with Oracle PLSQL, Shell script. In-depth knowledge of telecommunications and network management. Proven experience with OSS software applications and tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Roles and responsibilities: Serve as the primary technical authority on OSS systems and solutions. Conduct detailed assessments of existing OSS frameworks and identify areas for enhancement. Design, develop, and maintain applications using Struts, SOAP Webservice, Java, Oracle PLSQL, Shell script. Develop and maintain services and applications using Weblogic. Perform thorough Quality Assurance operations to ensure the highest standards of software quality. Conduct unit tests, API tests, and end-to-end tests. Lead the development and maintenance of microservices. Develop and present technical recommendations to clients based on industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement OSS solutions that meet client needs. Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients on OSS capabilities and trends. Monitor and evaluate the performance of OSS systems and suggest necessary adjustments.
