Managing multiple policy reviews and developing new policies in specialized areas, the incumbent drives proactive project management and fosters innovative, forward-thinking solutions through conceptual frameworks and end-to-end policy development. An important aspect of this role also involves managing HRS communications while ensuring the adoption of a strategic approach that promotes employee engagement and effective HR planning.The role emphasizes clear and effective communication, ensuring complex policy objectives are translated into accessible language for diverse audiences and building collaborative relationships to secure stakeholder buy-in. Manages and coordinates time-sensitive media inquiries for the approval of the CHRO and ultimate approval of the Speaker of the House of Commons.
