Nomi Packaging is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. Joining the sales team in the GTA, you will be responsible for new business developments as well as maintaining relationships with new customers and following through with all the necessities of the sales and relating services from A to Z. We pride ourselves on not only maintaining good relationships with all our customers but also add an interpersonal touch to all our services, to ensure that our customers know that they are always our top priority.If you are a professional who possesses confidence, a good work ethic, exceptional customer service skills, and a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you!With the NOMI team's support, you will be responsible for your schedule, offer solutions, and reap the benefits of your success.ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business by making contact and establishing new relationships through cold calls, networking, and referrals.Maximize territory growth by developing meaningful customer relationships that offer business and account value.Act as the first point of contact for client sales inquiries, responding to telephone and e-mail sales inquiries.Conduct first and second calls with customers to determine needs analysis, deliver samples, develop and present quotes, address customer concerns, and close deals.Follow-up with customers as needed.Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken and payment collection.Be a company ambassador, professionally representing the NOMI brand at all times.What are we looking for?Experienced sales representative with a minimum of 2+ years experience (preferably in the packaging industry)Excellent presentation skills that showcase the ability to find solutions.Strong project management skills that include planning, time management, customer service, and multi-tasking.Must possess a reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license.What else can we offer you?Opportunities to establish your own senior territory, after a successful term.Competitive uncapped commission-based compensation.Consistent sales training to help you thrive in your profession.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: Hybrid remote in Scarborough, ON
