You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:Assist in the administration of various Human Resources programs and initiativesProcess documentation and prepare reports for HR and Health and Safety activitiesSupport recruitment and onboarding, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, pre-employment verifications, and new employee documentationCoordinate training and development programs, including organizing activities, maintaining records, and monitoring training complianceAdminister payroll and benefits, including time card data entry/verification, benefits documentation processing, and bi-weekly payroll submissionRevise and maintain HR documentation such as manuals, guidelines, and formsAttend JHSC meetings and prepare minutesEnsure department filing is secure, up-to-date, and accurateForward employee information or changes for HRIS entryRespond to general employee inquiriesPerform other duties as requiredWhat you bring to the jobYou are someone who is adaptable, responsible, and able to work independently.
