Role Summary/PurposePrimary role is to provide timely and accurate quotations to dealer network on request and instructions from sales associates, provide technical support and advise to sales associates.Key Accountabilities & ResponsibilitiesDealer network and custom sales quotations Educate sales representatives and customers on products specs and functionalityComplete dealer quotes on time and ensure accuracyProduct design and layoutComplete construction site layouts, quotes, equipment drawings as requiredProvide technical support internallyProduct improvement and Project ManagementParticipate in process improvement and product innovationsAssist product launches from conceptualization to commissioningAssume project management role in large or complex orders including designLiaise with sales and manufacturing as required to ensure effective scheduling and capacity utilizationWorking with CPQ tool (Configure Price/Quote Tool) Administrate Lambtons CPQ tool for the dealer networkConduct training sessions with new and existing users, internal and externalTroubleshoot, delegate and follow through on bugs, enhancements and testingEssential QualificationsCollege Diploma or University Degree in Business, Technical or EngineeringPreferrable 2 years of relevant experienceKnowledge using Autodesk products such as AutoCAD and Inventor; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Working knowledge in HTML, JavaScript and SQL QueriesSkillsExperience in grain handling and storage would be an assetStrong mechanical, coding and technical aptitudeOrganizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple prioritiesInterpersonal and relationship building skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsA self-starter who can work independently and with a teamAbility to handle sensitive data with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
