Adecco is currently hiring a full-time dynamic and results-driven Change & Communications Specialist (independent contract) to join our clients team. You will play a pivotal role in managing organizational change initiatives and delivering clear, effective communication strategies that support transformation projects. This position requires a creative thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Pay Rate: up to 50$-$81.00/hour (based on experience)Location: Kitimat, BCJob type: Temporary | Full-time | 6-month contractResponsibilities:Program Communication Tactics + ExecutionSupport the development of program communications and engagement strategy.Work closely with site communications teams and key stakeholders to support initiatives and align activities across sites and product group.Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications channels, such as the Spare Parts SharePoint, Viva, emails and videoLead the development and posting of content, telling our news and stories through an innovative, multi-channel approach improving existing, while identifying and developing new internal channels and methodsEncourage two-way communications by establishing channels, forums and responsive feedback to drive engagementDevise compelling and creative internal campaigns and assets to support key strategies to build employee engagement, commitment and enthusiasmChange ManagementSupport stream leads on change management activities of the program with a focus on effective, sustainable change delivery.Support and develop change management plans, including communications plans to lead employees through structured change management activities so there is consistency in adopting change for every employee and team impacted.Identify potential points of resistance to change and develop plans to reduce resistance and address doubts and uncertainty surrounding the change.Qualifications and Skills:Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in CanadaBachelors degree in Communications, change management or Business Management or a related field.Experience in change management, corporate communications, or a similar role.Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) is an asset.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong project management abilities, with experience handling multiple priorities simultaneously.Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including MS Office, SharePoint, and communication tools.Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Analytical and problem-solving skillsLean qualifications or experiencesFormal change management qualificationsTechnical proficiency or domain expertise
