Ensure adequate information is provided and that Sabre is able to meet the requested scope. Respond to client with intent to bid (if applicable) within requested deadline. Establish material/labour costing. Determine supplier pricing and lead times for required equipment/materials. Ensure timely purchasing of project materials to meet production schedule and optimize productivity Prepare quotes to satisfy all requirements of the RFQ. Ensure required clarifications are resolved, supplier Data & Document Requirements are defined and that all terms and conditions are acceptable to Sabre. Review and process customer purchase orders (and subsequent add-ons or change orders). Ensure scope, terms and conditions, and other contractual requirements match Sabre's quotePrepare and maintain required project documentation: schedules, RFIs, ITPs, IFC drawings, QA-QC forms, FAT plans, as-built drawings, turnover packages, etc Execute all aspects of the project in a timely, effective manner and ensure Sabre compliance with all contractual, statutory and regulatory requirements Manage customer, supplier, and internal communications, monitor production progress, attend internal/external project meetings, etc. Ensure effective change management practices are followed (scope changes, customer approval of design changes, drawing revision control, communication of such changes to affected parties, etc.) Ensure effective coordination of product shipping requirements (crating, crane lifts, packing list creation, customer shipping releases, etc.) Create invoices for established project invoicing milestones (as applicable), complete project close-out reports, create final invoices (including add-ons and change orders) Complete month end reporting for projects, via PFC workbooksQUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTSRelated trade certification or post-secondary education is a must.
