Job Description

The Integrity Group of Companies consists of five different business units, with the primary areas of focus including the construction of post frame buildings across Western Canada, supplying framing material packages to homebuilders in Calgary and area, as well as manufacturing.The Operations Manager (Framing) for Integrity Building Products is responsible for driving the development, optimization and growth of framing installation and quality control processes in collaboration with our homebuilder accounts. This role manages operational efficiency, building partnerships with contractors, and ensuring high-quality standards in the installation of framing packages that adhere to customer requirements. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this individual will play a key role in business development efforts for the strategic growth area of framing and installation services.Roles and ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentIdentify and establish relationships with key stakeholders including framing contractors and home buildersDevelop and implement strategies to expand market presence and secure new projectsNegotiate contracts and partnerships to support company growthOperational OversightCollaborate with field teams to optimize workflowsMonitor project timelines and ensure on-time manufacturing and delivery of framing materialsWork with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with quality and installation standards.Quality ControlDevelop and maintain quality assurance protocols for framing installationsOversee site inspections and audits to identify and address issuesProvide feedback and recommendations to improve framing standardsData Analysis and ReportingTrack and analyze key performance metrics related to installation and qualityPrepare and present reports on project progress, challenges, and opportunities to improve operations and customer satisfactionEducation/Experience Requirements 5+ years of experience in construction, framing, or home building roles with strong knowledge of residential framing practicesProven experience in business development and client relationship managementExisting Relationships with contractors, trades and home buildersPost-secondary education or relevant trainingComputer acumen including office productivity tools including Google software suite and ERP systemsSkills/QualificationsLeadership and decision-making skillsStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, delivered in a collaborative mannerAttention to detail and commitment to qualityExcellent communication skills with ability to build and maintain professional relationshipsStrategic mindset with a focus on growth and innovationExcellent organizational skills, including ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectivelyWork EnvironmentRequires both office work and on-site visitsTravel to project sites and client locations required (Valid Driver's license required)Must be able to work in varying weather conditions when conducting site inspectionsCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive salary with performance-based incentivesComprehensive benefits packageProfessional development and training opportunitiesCompany vehicleNOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
