POWERGROUP Resources on behalf of our client, Wild Ridge Landscape Inc., is seeking a dynamic Division Manager- Landscape Maintenance, Enhancements, and Snow to take charge of all landscape maintenance, enhancement projects, and snow removal operations. This is a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team, manage diverse projects, and deliver exceptional service to clients throughout the year.The Division Manager- Landscape Maintenance, Enhancements, and Snow is responsible for overseeing all aspects of landscape maintenance, enhancement projects, and snow removal operations. Reporting to the General Manager, this role involves planning, coordinating, and executing seasonal services while ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. (SIMA certification is a plus)First Aid and CPR Certification (preferred)Proven experience in landscape and snow removal management, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.In-depth knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, including plant care, irrigation systems, pest control, and seasonal lawn care.Strong understanding of snow and ice management practices, including plowing, salting, de-icing, and emergency snow removal procedures.Familiarity with various landscape and snow removal equipment (plows, salt spreaders, lawnmowers, etc.), including maintenance and troubleshooting.Proficiency in Google Workspace and landscaping software (e.g., LMN).Willingness to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak snow removal seasons.Valid drivers license and clean driving record.Ability to pass a security clearance check and/or police background check due to client security requirements.What you will do:Landscape Maintenance:Plan, schedule, and supervise landscape maintenance operations.Ensure all landscape maintenance projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Conduct regular site inspections to assess the condition of landscapes and identify areas needing improvement.Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide solutions accordingly.Manage and maintain equipment and supplies necessary for landscape maintenance.Enhancements:Coordinate and oversee enhancement projects, ensuring timely completion within the prescribed budget.Lead and mentor crew members, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and safely.Serve as the primary point of contact between management, clients, and crew members.Monitor the quality of work to meet company standards and client expectations.Assist in managing project budgets and resource allocation.Snow Removal:Oversee snow removal operations, ensuring all services are performed efficiently and safely.Develop snow removal plans and strategies for various weather conditions.Coordinate with team members and external contractors to ensure timely snow removal from client properties.Monitor weather forecasts and be prepared to mobilize resources in advance of snow events.Ensure all snow removal equipment is properly maintained and ready for useTeam Management:Recruit, train, and supervise landscape maintenance and snow removal staff.Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration.Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and company policies.Client Relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.Provide regular updates to clients on project status and service schedules.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery and effective communication.Administrative Duties:Prepare and manage budgets for the landscape maintenance and snow division.Maintain accurate records of all operations, including project plans, schedules, and financial reports.Develop, implement and uphold policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and service quality.Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
