As a Regional Sales Manager for the East, you will lead and motivate a dynamic team, driving growth and supporting our locations in Rouleau, Strongfield, and the surrounding areas. You will be responsible for implementing the regional sales strategy and fostering strong relationships with both customers and manufacturer partners. Duties & Responsibilities Leadership Lead the execution of the regional growth strategy for the East Region in alignment with Hawks Agros management team. Engage and manage location managers and sales teams across Rouleau, Strongfield, and additional sites. Drive the achievement of regional sales targets by working closely with sales reps and managers. Oversee e-business relationships with key strategic partners. Provide clear communication of company direction, values, and strategy to all team members. Ensure the continuous development and training of reporting staff, fostering growth and advancement. Strategic Support Collaborate with the management team to align regional efforts with Hawks Agros overall sales strategy. Assist in the development and forecasting of sales, providing key insights to manufacturer and distribution partners. Support customer service initiatives, promotional activities, and the evolution of Crop360 services. Work with the Application Services team to ensure seamless scheduling and delivery of services. Manufacturer Partnerships Build and maintain strong relationships with key manufacturer partners. Communicate effectively with manufacturer representatives to stay updated on new products, services, and opportunities. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in agricultural sales leadership, with a strong understanding of crop inputs and Ag retail. Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams, driving regional growth and achieving sales goals. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers, staff, and partners. Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing market conditions. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
