This role involves onboarding new investors, facilitating transactions, maintaining detailed investor records, and building lasting relationships based on trust and transparency. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, your key responsibilities will encompass: Facilitate the onboarding process for new investors, ensuring a positive, professional experience that reflects KV Capitals client-centric approach. Assist in processing investor transactions while ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. Maintain and update detailed investor profiles, transaction records, and communication logs, including in CRM and fund administration systems. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors, exempt market dealers, and trustees, by providing exceptional service. Identify opportunities to streamline investor service processes and contribute to the implementation of enhancements that drive efficiency and improve investor experiences. Assist with special projects and initiatives related to investor services and capital raising efforts as needed. YOUR CAPABILITIES AND CREDENTIALS To excel in this role, you should possess: A Bachelors degree or post secondary education. 2-3 years of experience in financial services, investor relations, or a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly, confidently, and professionally. Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM or fund administration software considered an asset. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
