This position reports to the Manager- IT Projects & HCM System and will hold the overall production support the HCM system and relevant reporting systems across the organization working closely with the HR and Payroll teams.Job Tasks & Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day system administration, production support, and data integrityPrepare, lead and perform technical testing on quarterly system updatesServe as first line subject matter expert for the HCM system and technical processesSuggest & implement enhancements and maintain continual improvement procedures and processes for the HCM systemAssure compliance with security model and administer day to day security operations.Train users on new changes, additions, or enhancements as neededDevelop relationships within HCM team and with other stakeholdersAct as an escalation point for HCM system issuesCommunicate to HCM stakeholders regarding updates, enhancements, and enterprise-wide issuesPerform and process mass uploads using HDL and HSDLTroubleshoot and find solutions to functional and technical issues with the system and reportsManage and maintain technical documentation for processes, configuration, and reportingDesign, configure, and maintain dashboards, alerts, and scheduled reportsCreate and maintain customizations using VBCS and Oracle customization toolsDevelop, Read and modify Fast FormulasSupport, create and maintain integrations into various supporting systems using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher and REST/SOAP APIsStay up to date with HCM industry and technology to advise business and HR leadersRequired Education and Experience: Minimum 5 years professional experience in HCM administration, ERP, or similar system administration preferably in the Oracle Fusion ecosystemPost-secondary education, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in Computer Science, Business or a related field.Effective in developing working relationships with all levels within the organization as evidenced by success in working collaboratively with others to effectively coordinate activities to accomplish tasksAdditional Competencies & Qualifications:Competency in system troubleshooting and problem resolutionFamiliarity with SQL and query designExceptional task management and prioritizationStrong written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of configuration and enterprise system managementAbility to create and update technical documentation and/or end-user training materials as requiredExperience with reporting tools such as Power BI, OTBI, OBIEE, or Oracle Analytics would be considered an assetExperience working with REST/SOAP APIs and file-based integration approachesUnderstanding of Oracle security and security best practices would be considered an assetExperience with Oracle integrations or HCM Extracts would be considered an assetIf you are interested in exploring this opportunity further, please apply with a resume and cover letter.
