Youll be building narrative blueprints that transform local tours into genuine cultural performances, all while ensuring travelers positively impact the places they explore. Creative Blueprinting Write scripted outlines for immersive tours or activitiesmultisensory engagement, comedic/dramatic beats, reflection moments. Collaborate with local hosts to adapt each script to their culture and environment, ensuring authentic experiences. 2. Host Collaboration & Coaching Develop playbooks, tutorial videos, or LMS modules that teach hosts to effectively perform the experience, from the opening monologue to closing reflections. Provide real-time feedback to keep each experience thematically consistent and culturally respectful. 3. Quality Control & Iteration Track NPS, traveler reviews, and social shares to evaluate each experiences impact. Continuously refine the design, ensuring experiences remain fresh, dynamic, and beneficial to local communities. 4. Process & Toolkit Building Create scalable frameworks to quickly launch new experiencesarcs, pacing, comedic vs. educational elementsso expansions in new destinations maintain consistent quality. 5. Future Growth & Impact As you succeed, help onboard additional designers, codify best practices, and shape the broader Tripshepherd experience library.
