Position: Millwork Engineer / DetailerWe now have openings in our engineering and detailing department.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:We currently have an immediate opening for a CAD Detailer using AutoCAD 2D, Inventor, Solidworks or similar 3D software in a full time position. Our ideal candidate is a detailed, critical thinker who has great analytical skills and who is a team player.DUTIES INCLUDE:CAD Detailer:Creating fully detailed shop drawings from architects or designers drawings and renderings, creating breakout drawings for ordering metal, glass, acrylic etc.Knowledge and proficiency of Inventory / Solidworks is mandatory, AutoCAD 2D is considered an asset.Knowledge of various materials used in the store fixture industry i.e. metal, wood, acrylic, glass etc. a must.Project Coordinator (asset):Manage projects in a coordination role from start to end.Liaison with clients to adhere to their specific requestsCreate a Bill of Material to highlight all components of the job while keeping track of costs involvedCo-ordinate with the shop managers and purchasing department to ensure projects are on trackQUALIFICATIONS:High Level proficiency in Autodesk Inventor, SolidworksUnderstanding Cabinetry Construction.
