The OpportunityAchieving agreed upon sales goals and increasing share of market for our Aftermarket Parts product lines and Carrier, Bryant and Payne Residential and Commercial EquipmentSeeking new customers and dealers to complement and grow territory coverageBuilding strong client relationships and providing dedicated customer serviceActively expanding new channels of business and supporting retail initiativesIntroducing new and potential customers/dealers to WWG/Totaline and Carrier EnterpriseProviding quotes to customers and feedback market feedback to the organizationKeeping customers aware of product availability and the status of their ordersProviding product information to customersAssisting the credit department in the collection of outstanding debts and the resolution of disputes with customersBackup support to the Counter team as requiredProvide weekly sales reportsParticipate in the afterhours call out service provided to our customersArrange and support customer training with vendor supportWhat You OfferMinimum three to five years of HVAC/R sales experiencePost-secondary education in HVACOrganized, independent and persistent individual who has a strong desire to sell and succeedSuperior communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer service orientedComputer literateRefrigeration skills and knowledgeProven negotiation, sales and leadership abilitiesWhy work for CE Canada?
