We are looking to grow our team of Financial Sales Representatives for our Lendcare subsidiary. Reporting to the Manager, LendCare Loans, this is a business-to-consumer role to assist LendCare customers with personalized loan solutions while enhancing their credit. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and fostering customer retention through effective communication and problem-solving. Responsibilities: Engage with Customers: Conduct outbound calls or receive inbound inquiries to assist customers with pre-approved personal loan options tailored to their financial needs. Drive Sales and Retention: Leverage phone-based interactions to maximize revenue through cross-selling opportunities, while focusing on customer retention and satisfaction. Deliver Exceptional Service: Ensure every customer interaction is a positive experience by providing outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries with empathy and efficiency. Identify and Resolve Needs: Quickly assess customer needs and provide effective solutions, taking ownership of issues until they are fully resolved. Meet Sales Goals: Consistently achieve and maintain sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of our team. Requirements: 1 year experience working in an outbound customer service or sales roles is preferred Financial services background is an asset Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven interpersonal and organizational skills Strong attention to detail Excellent problem-solving skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Full time availability to work in our Pickering, ON head office Additional Requirements for Internal Candidates: Must have been in your current role for at least 6 months Have the endorsement/support of your current manager In good standing - no HR issues/warnings, not on a PIP Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11AM - 7PM or 1-9PM About Us: We are a publicly-traded company on the TSX with over 4000% shareholder return since 2001.
