Reporting to the Manager, LendCare Loans, this is a business-to-consumer role to assist LendCare customers with personalized loan solutions while enhancing their credit. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and fostering customer retention through effective communication and problem-solving. Responsibilities: Engage with Customers: Conduct outbound calls or receive inbound inquiries to assist customers with pre-approved personal loan options tailored to their financial needs. Drive Sales and Retention: Leverage phone-based interactions to maximize revenue through cross-selling opportunities, while focusing on customer retention and satisfaction. Deliver Exceptional Service: Ensure every customer interaction is a positive experience by providing outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries with empathy and efficiency. Identify and Resolve Needs: Quickly assess customer needs and provide effective solutions, taking ownership of issues until they are fully resolved. Meet Sales Goals: Consistently achieve and maintain sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of our team.
