Job Description: Key Account Manager Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid) Reports To: Director of Sales Industry: Food Company has multiple locations in Ontario About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager with a proven track record in the Food Industry or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG). The ideal candidate will have experience managing and growing key accounts with major grocery and mass retailers in Canada, such as Walmart, Loblaws, etc. This role is critical in building strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and contributing to the companys success. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with Key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and support. Manage account strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute account-specific plans. Monitor market trends and analyze account performance to identify growth opportunities. Provide regular updates to the Director of Sales, highlighting successes and challenges. Qualifications: Min. 3-5 years in a Key Account Manager role in the Food / CPG Indutry Proven experience managing grocery and mass retailer accounts in Canada, particularly Walmart, Loblaws, and similar. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset. Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach.
