Residential Administrative Assistant - Miramichi, NBOur Client, a non-profit housing organization, is looking to hire a full-time dedicated, and highly organized individual to assist with the day-to-day operations of their residential and commercial properties. As Administrative Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact for all existing and prospective tenants. Ideally, you will have a minimum of one year of real estate-related experience that includes experience dealing with tenant relations, coordinating the viewing and leasing of rental units, handling tenant move-ins and move-outs, preparing lease agreements, notices, and other general administration duties as required. Advanced Microsoft Office is required.The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. You demonstrate kindness and patience when dealing with people.
