If you enjoy staying organized, delivering error-free results, and contributing to dynamic teams, this role offers the chance to grow into a valued expert while making a meaningful impact in the Recruiting, Marketing, and Events departmentsThis is an on-site position (no remote or hybrid options) based in our Calgary office (downtown)RESPONSIBILITIES:Administrative SupportBasic administrative duties including booking flights, hotels and other travel related tasksOrder supplies and maintain expense records across company locationsPrepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports as needed.Organize and maintain department files, records, and databaseRecruiting SupportWork alongside Recruiting Managers to prepare job requisitions, and support with any administrative tasks related to screening and interviewingAssist with Recruiting related projects to ensure all team members are aligned and on paceTrack and report on recruiting metrics and candidate progressMarketing + Events SupportAssist in coordinating marketing campaigns and projects, tracking deliverables, and organizing promotional materials for remote events.Support content creation, proofreading, and distribution for marketing initiatives.Maintain and update marketing databases and mailing lists.Provide on-site support during events to ensure seamless execution.Assist in planning and executing internal and external events, including workshops, team-building activities, and client-facing events.General DutiesMonitor and replenish office supplies specific to departmental needs.Act as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders.Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by the department managersQualifications1–2 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role; experience supporting multiple departments is an asset.Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.Experience in recruiting, marketing, or event coordination is highly desirable.Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools is an asset.Skills &CompetenciesExceptional organizational and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Proficient in Google Suite, Canva; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira) is an asset.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage workloads in a fast-paced environment.High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.Why Join Us?Be part of a collaborative and innovative team environment.Opportunity for growth and development within the organization.Competitive salary and benefits packageJoin a Great Place To Work® Certified organizationTo Apply:Submit your resume and complete a quick 2 question Assessment.
