In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating new business relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving growth across our key markets. The ideal candidate must be adept at securing business across a variety of industries and functional areas nationally, rather than specializing in just one sector. This breadth of focus is essential to our ability to serve diverse client needs effectively. We offer a collaborative and supportive team environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, competitive compensation with performance-based incentives, and the flexibility to work from home.Responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic plan to secure new clients and drive business growth.Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.Travel to client sites as needed to build rapport and deepen partnerships.Focus on selling permanent and executive roles in industries including Accounting/Finance, Operations, Sales, IT, and Engineering.Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, acting as a hunter rather than an account manager.Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective business development strategies.Requirements:2-6 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development within a recruitment agency.Proven track record in placing candidates in Class 1 employment—permanent, full-time positions.Strong background in the recruitment fields we specialize in: Finance, Operations, HR, Sales, and Marketing.Demonstrated hunger and hustle, with a relentless drive to succeed and the ability to build strong relationships quickly.Persistent attitude, hardworking, and resilient in the face of challenges.Experience in an agency environment, focusing on selling permanent and/or executive roles.Excellent sales skills, with a mixed exposure to various industries such as Accounting/Finance, Operations, Sales, IT, and Engineering.Available to candidates living in Calgary, Vancouver or Interior BC. $60,000 - $70,000 + Commission
