THE POSITIONAn experienced client manager responsible for supporting a book of business – industry sector will vary. Determine customer needs, negotiate coverages and terms, respond to complaints and inquiries, and process transactions.Provide top notch client service in a professional manner, including daily account management responsibilities, marketing insurance programs and leading the services team through the renewal process.
