This position is responsible for providing commercial and operational legal support for the activities of the company across its business units’ jurisdictions. This role is also responsible for ensuring that the company meets all of its pertinent legal requirements and advises on all legal and contractual issues as required to make informed decisions in pursuit of Black Diamond’s goals and objectives.
