We invite you to take the helm as the General Manager for two dynamic radio stations serving small towns in western New Brunswick. With a recent acquisition Maritime Broadcasting Systems LTD is looking for a General Manager/Sales Manager for CJCJ in Woodstock and CIKX in Grand Falls, NB. This exciting position offers you the unique opportunity to shape the future of these newly acquired stations, designing their path while fostering local connections. Your leadership will not only guide our talented team but also establish a strong community presence that reflects the heart and soul of the towns we serve.What You Bring to the Table:As a General Manager/Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and motivate a team that loves to solve their client’s challenges. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support. Analyze market trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management.
