As a vital member of our Sales Team the Territory Manager is the key point of contact for our client base and is responsible for building on our established reputation of integrity, dedication and service. Primary Responsibilities:Manage an established account base to meet sales targetsIdentify and secure new clients and new opportunities to build the sales base within the territoryEffectively build client relationships with new and existing clientsGenerate product and service awareness within the client base to establish client valueEstablish a consistent client call schedule and maintain a regular in-person call frequencyKeep aware of market developments and identify new client opportunitiesDevelop professional and effective client proposalsExpedite the resolution of client concernsCollaborate with key internal departments, including Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, Logistics, and Marketing Qualifications:Must be bilingual (English and French)Strong background in outside sales with experience in successfully managing multiple client accounts in a large geographical territoryMinimum of 2 years of Automotive/Tire Industry related experience; Commercial Tire experience an assetAbility to determine solutions for clients through a consultative sales approachResults-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environmentStrong desire to exceed goals and excelSome overnight travel is requiredProficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management softwareValid driver’s license and a clean drivers abstract We Offer:In-house trainingCompetitive remuneration programCompany vehicle or allowanceMedical benefits & group pension planInternal career transfer and promotion opportunitiesAn upbeat, bright and fast paced environment *Interested candidates are encouraged to submit a cover letter, resume and references.* Only those candidates that meet the qualifications of the position will be contacted.
