Their dynamic work environment encourages growth, embraces the latest technologies, and rewards innovative thinking.The Perks:up to $37/hr to start+ shift premium (night shift)benefitspensionprofit sharinggrowth potentialWhat You’ll Do:Master of Maintenance: Perform all maintenance and repair work to ensure plant and grounds are running at peak efficiency.Quality Guardian: Ensure weld quality specifications are met by continuously monitoring and troubleshooting weld processes on assigned equipment.Inventory Whiz: Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and components, ensuring stock levels are optimized and communicating needs to the tool crib attendant.Documentation Pro: Keep detailed records of equipment changes, alterations, and maintenance work to support smooth operations and regulatory compliance.Problem Solver: Resolve maintenance-related issues with minimal production disruption, and contribute to the Preventative Maintenance Program to enhance uptime and efficiency.Mentor & Innovator: Assist in training new robotic technicians and apprentices, while actively participating in the development and implementation of new technologies to boost productivity and quality.Continuous Learner: Stay ahead of the curve with ongoing training to upgrade skills, adapt to new technologies, and meet evolving customer, safety, and regulatory standards.Efficiency Expert: Make recommendations for equipment improvements, cost reduction strategies, and contribute to manufacturing, repairs, and installations.What We’re Looking For:Education & Experience: Post-secondary education in welding or a robotics-related field, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Robotic Technician.Technical Skills: Proficiency in pneumatic and hydraulic systems, mechanical systems, MIG, TIG, and stick welding, and basic electrical systems.Communication & Problem Solving: Excellent communication skills and the ability to tackle complex problems with innovative solutions.Ready to make an impact?
