We are currently seeking passionate and knowledgeable Brand Ambassadors who are enthusiastic about generating leads and connecting with veterans at trade shows and events across Atlantic Canada. Job Description:As a Lead Generation Brand Ambassador, you play a crucial role in directly engaging with veterans attending trade shows and events, initiating conversations about the brand and the benefits and supports that are available to them. This role requires a strong understanding of veterans’ needs and experiences, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in English (knowing French is an asset). Lead Generation Focus: We prioritize lead generation as a cornerstone of this role. As a Brand Ambassador for our client, your ability to proactively seek out veterans among event attendees and guide them to our booth for further discussions is paramount. Youll play a pivotal role in connecting with veterans, understanding their needs, and introducing them to the benefits and rewards we offer. Your success in generating high-quality leads will directly contribute to our mission of providing invaluable support to veterans across Atlantic Canada.Other responsibilities will include:Brand Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of the clients services and communicate this information clearly to veterans. Client Knowledge: Possess a basic understanding of the structure of the Canadian Armed Forces and commonly used vocabulary. You will need to converse with veterans about their service, effectively pulling out key information to direct conversations and tailor lead generation efforts to their specific needs and experiences. Event Representation: Attend trade shows and events across Atlantic Canada on behalf of our client to showcase our services and expertise.Initiating Conversations: Engage veterans in meaningful conversations about their needs and the support we can offer, building rapport and effectively initiating the claims process.Encouraging Participation: Persuade veterans to take the first step in the claims process by providing them with valuable information and assurance.Bonus Opportunities: Performance-based bonuses will be available for successfully generating leads and supporting veterans.Qualifications:Must live within Nova Scotia or New Brunswick.English or French as a first language (fluency in French considered an asset).Must have a valid drivers license.Travel to and from various events and trade shows across Atlantic Canada is required.
