No matter what your role, working with us is about making a difference – every day!Your Opportunity:As a HFHT Mental Health RN (Intake & Triage Role), you will be completing individual assessments, developing care plans and increasing access to direct and indirect consultation for HFHT patients whose family physicians do not have on-site psychiatry consultation. Experience in motivational interviewing and additional languages are considered assets. The Hamilton Family Health Team is seeking a Registered Mental Health RN 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week) position.
