We are looking for sales professionals that are comfortable selling into hospital pharmacy practices.What you’ll do:Influence Practice: Identify current practice state and take steps to guide institutions to safer and more efficient solutions offered by AndoneAccount Management: Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and other stakeholdersSystem Knowledge: Grow a deep understanding of how clinics and hospitals operate. What their key challenges are and help identify areas of improvement in relation to medication deliveryCollaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated efforts across the business, including medical, marketing, access, quality and operational teamsCompliance & Integrity: Uphold the highest standards of compliance and integrity in all interactions with customers, partners, and internal teamsIndependence and Autonomy: We encourage independent decisions that lead to professional growth and future success.
