The RoleWe’re looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Coordinator to drive the expansion of our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be instrumental our growth by helping scale our marketing campaigns across both B2B and B2C areas.As a Marketing Coordinator, you will contribute to various aspects of our marketing efforts, including managing social media campaigns, fostering influencer collaborations, coordinating events, and creating compelling content. (RIE) is a global education and technology provider based in Toronto, Canada, with a mission to reshape the future of worldwide education.RIE owns and operates Rosedale Global High School, which partners with international schools and government organizations to deliver the Canadian Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)program locally, using collaborative in-person programs and digital technology. A Day in the LifeCampaign support: Assist in planning, coordinating and executing marketing campaigns and digital events across various channels, including email and social media. Content: Develop and edit marketing or sales materials, including social media posts, blogs, graphics, videos, emails, presentations, brochures and website content. Collaborate with other departments and external partners to create visuals that align with brand guidelines. Social media: Help manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments. Research trends and contribute to developing innovative social media strategies. Market research: Help conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior to inform social media and content marketing strategies. Partnerships: Help grow and manage our channel and school partner networks. Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders: Work with internal teams to support various departmental initiatives, including internal communications, presentations, educational workshops etc. Branding: Ensure consistent and accurate use of branding across all materials.Analytics and reporting: Monitor marketing KPIs and gather insights on marketing campaign performance. Compile reports to recommend improvements. Administrative tasks: Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and content libraries. Who You Are1-3 years of experience in marketing College or bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is an asset.
