The Production Supervisor will lead and mentor the team by modeling excellence, prioritizing and problem-solving, championing projects and initiatives, and ensuring compliance with procedures and quality standards.You will bring to the role:AFTERNOON SHIFT: Monday to Thursday, 4:20 PM to 2:50 AMJourneyperson Machinist and/or equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years of experience developing, leading, and supervising a team. Experience working in a manufacturing environment, and familiarity with new product and design phases.
