We are seeking passionate individuals who are committed to innovation, quality, safety, and a collaborative work environment.Your role with us:The Production Supervisor directs shift activities, ensuring the production schedule is adhered to safely and objectives are achieved. The Production Supervisor will lead and mentor the team by modeling excellence, prioritizing and problem-solving, championing projects and initiatives, and ensuring compliance with procedures and quality standards.You will bring to the role:AFTERNOON SHIFT: Monday to Thursday, 4:20 PM to 2:50 AMJourneyperson Machinist and/or equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years of experience developing, leading, and supervising a team. Experience working in a manufacturing environment, and familiarity with new product and design phases.
