This contract will not be extended and is expected to involve full time hours from 8:00AM-5:00PM EST. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience with IBM iSeries Responsibilities could entail: Execute service requests. Change Management. Compliance Remediation. Quarterly patching for iSeries devices. Firmware and microcode updates. System management - OS File system management (Mount point Availability, LUN/Volume groups allocation/deallocation etc..). File & Print Management. Restart filed processes and applications. Recovery from storage, hardware and OS problems. Cluster / HA Management. Perform maintenance on disk environment. Provide RCA for owned problem tickets. Support TD’s annual DRP testing. Maintain operational and technical documents. Perform minor software updates. Integrated iSeries Database Support.
