Job Title: Client service Coordinator (Account Manager) Location: Remote in EST (Montreal, Toronto preferred) Duration: 3 Months Contract to hireJob Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MSP Coordinator to oversee vendor relationships and streamline the recruitment and vendor management process. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely but requires the candidate to be based in Canada and operate within the EST time zone.Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for managing vendor relationships within the MSP program.Administer and optimize operations in VMS tools such as Fieldglass, Beeline, or Magnit to support contingent workforce management.Monitor vendor performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs and agreed-upon terms.Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including requisition creation, candidate submission, and onboarding processes.Provide training and guidance to internal teams and vendors on VMS tool usage and best practices.Analyze and report on program metrics to identify improvement areas and implement corrective measures.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and vendor deliverables.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment trends, vendor management strategies, and market best practices.Serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve escalations promptly.Ensure all program activities comply with local labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.Qualifications:Fluency in English and French.Proven experience with VMS tools (Fieldglass, Beeline, Magnit, or similar).Strong understanding of recruitment processes and vendor management.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work remotely and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
